The API is currently unable to fetch live ranked stats for console accounts, even when they are public and active. It seems to be hitting a routing "dead end" where it finds the global account metadata but fails to access the platform-specific shards.
Steps to Reproduce:
Search for a console-primary account (e.g., Xbox: maleavour).
Observe that it successfully retrieves the Global Level (Level 379), proving the account is found.
Observe that Ranked Stats (K/D, W/L, MMR) return as 0, Null, or _mock: true.
The Issue:
The API is treating the PC shard as the only source of truth. Since many console players have 0 matches played on PC, the API returns a "blank" profile instead of navigating to the xbl or psn partition where the actual Emerald/Champion data is stored.
What is happening:
Uplay Search: Returns correct Level, but 0 stats (expected, as I don't play PC).
Xbox Search: Correctly identifies the account but triggers a "Failed to fetch rank data" error or serves mock data.
Request:
Please update the routing logic so that specifying platformType=xbl or psn forces a deep query of those specific database shards rather than defaulting to the (empty) PC/Global cache.
