Hello,
I upgraded my R6 Arenyze account to the Pro plan for €3.99. The payment has already been charged successfully.
However, my account still shows the Free plan and I did not receive any confirmation email.
I also tested my existing API key directly against the Arenyze API. The API still returns:
HTTP 403 – “Free plan temporarily suspended”
The /r6/api/me/usage endpoint also still identifies my account/API key as Free.
According to the pricing page, access should update automatically via Stripe after upgrading, but this has not happened.
Could you please check the Stripe payment and manually activate the Pro plan on my account?
I can provide my account email and payment/transaction details privately if needed.
